This week KS4 staff held a parent information afternoon. During the session KS4 pupils, their parents and carers were provided with information about changes to the GCSE grading system, after school revision sessions, revision materials and hints and tips about preparing for imminent exams. It was great to see so many parents and carers actively supporting the students at this crucial time of year.
Ursula from C&K careers explained about the different options available to students post 16 and the support that C&K careers, in partnership with JNA, would provide.
The session closed with tea, biscuits, an opportunity to look through students work and informal chats with members of the JNA team. A Big thank you to all who attended. Another session is planned later in the year for any other parents and carers of students in years 9 and 10.
